What do you need help with?
Product questions and service inquiries,
with a clear route to each.
Let’s look at iShield.
Start with the browser you use and the issue you’re seeing.
Where can I install iShield?
Open the iShield installation section and choose Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Each link takes you to that browser’s add-on store.
A website is not working as expected. What should I check?
Note whether the issue affects one site or several. Review any recent changes and the protection settings for that site. If you write to us, include the website, browser version, and a description of the behavior. Share only details you are comfortable sending.
How do I review extension permissions?
Open your browser’s extensions manager and select iShield. Review the details and site access controls available there. The store listing also describes requested permissions before installation.
Where can I find the extension version?
Open your browser’s extensions or add-ons manager, choose iShield, and look at its details. Include the displayed version when asking about an issue.
Does removing iShield close my online accounts?
No. Removing an extension does not close accounts you hold with other websites. Manage those accounts directly through each provider.
Will iShield block every ad, tracker, or harmful site?
No filtering tool can guarantee complete coverage. Results depend on the website, the version installed, and your settings. Keep your browser and device updated alongside any extension you use.
Know what to expect.
A short conversation helps establish
the right scope and next step.
How do I choose the right service?
Start with the concern you want to resolve. Explore personal services or business services, or tell us what is happening so we can discuss a suitable starting point.
Do I need to send private records with my inquiry?
No. Start with a description. Keep passwords, recovery codes, customer records, and confidential files out of your first message. If evidence is needed, we can agree how it will be shared.
How are price and timing decided?
They depend on the accounts, systems, audience, and deliverables involved. The scope, fees, responsibilities, and timing should be agreed before work begins.
Can you help if I think an account has been compromised?
Describe what you noticed and which provider is involved. Use the provider’s official security and recovery routes for immediate account actions. This inquiry channel does not provide an immediate response guarantee.
What happens after a review?
We go through the findings and recommendations for the agreed work. You decide what to do next. Implementation or ongoing support should be discussed and agreed separately.
