Stronger systems.
Clearer priorities.

Cloud services, administrative access, and recovery readiness.

IT & Cloud Security

Small configuration decisions can have wide consequences.

A scoped review of configurations, administrative access, and recovery planning.

The work, in context

Look at the setup behind your business.

Unused administrator accounts, unclear permissions, and untested recovery plans are easy to overlook during a busy week. We work with your system owners to establish what is in place and what should change next.

Configuration review

Review the agreed cloud services, administrative settings, and relevant security controls.

Identity and access

Examine privileged accounts, sign-in protection, and access review practices.

Recovery readiness

Review backup arrangements, recovery ownership, and the evidence available for restore testing.

What you leave with

An actionable systems review.

Your business depends on email, cloud platforms, and the people who administer them. We review agreed parts of that setup and help you prioritize the improvements that matter.

  • A findings report covering the agreed systems
  • Recommendations ordered by risk and business impact
  • An implementation discussion with your system owners
How it works

One step at a time.

A clear scope, useful outcomes, and an agreed next step.

  1. 01

    Start with the concern.

Tell us what prompted the inquiry and what you would like to achieve.

  2. 02

    Agree the work.

Confirm scope, responsibilities, deliverables, timing, and any fees before the work begins.

  3. 03

    Put the guidance to use.

Go through the outcomes and decide what to do next. Discuss follow-up support if you need it.

Before the first conversation

Start with your systems and concerns.

List the services you use, who administers them, and the concern that prompted the review. Do not send administrator credentials in an inquiry.

A few useful answers

Before you get started.

Does this include penetration testing?

Not by default. Active testing, scanning, and changes to live systems require a separately agreed scope and authorization.

Can you work alongside our IT provider?

Yes. A review can be coordinated with your internal team or existing provider, with responsibilities and access agreed in advance.

Will you change live settings during the review?

A review does not automatically authorize changes. Any implementation should have an agreed owner, maintenance plan, and recovery route.
